Pinch Pleat

Pinch Pleat Drapery is the classic drapery heading. This timeless, crisp look offers both style and function. The Pinch Pleat Draperies along with our Cinch Pleat Draperies, are the ones we recommend most highly for window and patio door areas that will be opened and closed frequently. Our Pinch Pleat drapery is available up to 136" wide. Call us for a quote on additional widths. Lengths are available up to 90". Additional lengths are available; contact us for a custom quote. All our drapery panels are 2 X fullness. Additional fullness is available; contact us for a custom quote. The three finger pleats are formed by adding buckrum to the heading. The number of pleats is determined by the pattern used and the finished width of the panels. Pinch pleat draperies include a 3½" return and a 3½" overlap. Contact us if your return is greater or if you only want stationary side panels at which time we will eliminate the overlap. Draperies are available unlined, lined or with blackout lining. Custom details are available such as covered buttons at the pleats, trims or banding applications; contact us for a custom quote. Drapery pins are included. Covered weights are placed in the bottom corners of all panels and hems are blind stitched with hand sewing of the bottom and top side hems. This treatment can be used with traditional traverse rods or decorative rod and ring systems either wood or metal.
